ESPN not givin that ast to victor!!

Watch a lot of game film, clean it up in practice and flush it. That was awful.

Not one of the best times to play two big lineup. Fox had a stinker of a game. See how the spurs respond to this on Friday

mavs game aside there's mounting evidence that mitch doesn't yet know how to coach when the team has a double-digit lead.

these guys consistently stop doing the basics on both ends up 10+ point. should've lost because of it in chicago and did lose because of it tonight.
Yup not impressed with mitch...But its still early. And we got a winning record i guess.

Nah its that even with Wemby guarding the paint we have perimeter players who stupidly collapse anyway and leave people open. It happens like 20 times a game. Just stop doing that and we will be fine. When a player drives to the lane just say "so" let Victor handle it and stay on your man.
I agree. It might be by design. Expecting teams to stop hitting so many 3s? I dunno. But shit wasn't working tonight.

OKC are the reigning champs and every single game they're playing as if it's the finals.
Currently up 30 on the Lakers and the half isn't even over.

LoL to any remaining sheeple who think NBA reffing is not tainted.

Some of our players pulled their weight, some didn't. I hope to see a come back game from Fox & Keldon on Friday.

Fox has an average game instead of a total dud and they win.

Not sure what's up with him but maybe missing all of training camp and preseason had a bigger effect than I thought it would. He really looks lost and like hes not sure what his role is.

Probably doesnt help that Castle took a bigger leap than anticipated

You think I like this outcome? I really don’t. I want the Spurs to succeed and the only way they’ll reach their highest ceiling is with him bought in. If what I’m saying is true, it’s a big, big setback. When I learned that he’s the only Spur not following the official Spurs IG, I knew something was off tbh. He’s only here professionally, and I feel like it would be different if the Spurs didn’t draft Harper - like he’d actually want to be part of the team. Remember karaoke night after the scrimmage? Dude was standing back. In every group huddle he’s not being vocal. The signs are all there.
I know you want the Spurs to succeed, that's not in question. But I don't get this narrative. It looks like he follows pretty much every player on the Spurs, and his post-game interview the other night (after you were saying he seemed detached from the team) was the exact opposite of that.

He's been on the sidelines and cheering for every game this year before he was playing (including pre-season). Maybe you're right, but I think this is fabricated.

The turnovers is a consistent problem. I hope having almost everybody back will slow those down after a few weeke

They shoot 18 more 3s and we outscore them 52 to 22 in the paint, but they still shoot 18 more FTs than us. This reminded me of that playoff game against the Mavs when they shot over 50 FTs and were a jump shooting team. Fucking NBA is bullshit.

The refs gifted Curry like he was a make-a-wish kid.

Spurs are gonna get skull fucked on national tv christmas day if they keep playing like this. They win a few games and think the previous 4 years didn't happen, like they weren't bottom dwelling fucking losers that entire time.

Warriors got lots of fluky shots but our inability to be a consistent threat from outside is gonna kill us

NBA still trying to ride the Warrior fanbase, whatever is left of it. That's mostly why I turned it off, cuz of that bullshit whistle the Lakers got too. It's just not fun.

They know how to get to the FT line way better than we do. We typically lost vs Lakers & Warriors because we're a young team. Can't cut corners, have to go through it. We're still a very good team, just not for 48 minutes yet.

I'll also say that as good as Wemby was overall (and I think he was tonight), he has done shit in multiple games this year where he gets cute and plays the other team into the game. He did that at the end of the 1H tonight. He needs to cut that shit out.

Just realized Wemby almost had a 30 point quadruple double with TOs as the 4th stat :st-lol:

This man is so confusing. Castle with a triple double too, wonder how many times teammates have gotten triple doubles and not brought home the win

Predictable L tbh.

This team takes the foot off the gas every time they have a good stretch of basketball. I don't know if it's arrogance thing but they need to realize that they're not head and shoulders above the competition. Gotta stay sharp and play hard for 48 minutes tbh.

Reminds me of I believe against the cavs in the finals draymond got a second tech, because the refs forgot they gave him a first tech, and then when they realized they would have had to throw him out, they just lied and said the first tech was on someone else, and then replays showed that person had nothing to do with whatever got draymond the first tech
Yup I remember that game. He really lucked out being attached to Curry's hip in the sense the league protects him simply because they see him beneficial to helping Steph win games.
