He definitely didn’t have a great game coaching tonight with some of the rotational moves. At the end of the day in today’s game when you shoot the 3 like shit and you defend the 3 like shit, you are going to lose. 20 years ago that wasn’t always the case, but it is now.
 
Does it sound like De'Aaron will just miss one game, or could he miss more? Hopefully it's not serious. How many games have the big 4 played together now? 4? I was hoping they'd be able to string together a streak of games to start building chemistry/cohesion. Fox is definitely the Spurs' second all-star.

Just finished watching the game a few minutes ago. Very mad at the performance tonight. Definite let down. Sick of giving up teams WIDE, WIDE open threes. Dylan and Steph need to not pass up looks. I saw them hesitate for a second a few times and not take an open shot.

Reading those comments from Keldon up the top of this page has cooled me off a bit as I was white hot after that performance (lack of attention to detail tonight). Great take from KJ, he gets it. He showed up, though.

Just looked at other NBA results, looks like we got lucky too with other teams losing. Also, better not see Utah tanking after their recent wins and performances. They likely will give OKC a draft pick. Fuck Ainge (if he was responsible for it).

jazz shot the ball crazy as well also the last time the spurs played them

crazy how they replicated that performance and beat the spurs

Something happened tonight that rarely happens (thankfully), but when it does happen we’re going to have a really tough time: Devin, Barnes and Champ all had bad games. Just an alignment of planets in the worst way. Thankfully it is rare.

Add Mitch brain farting with rotations as well (you can play CB JC and Lindy a bit but not all 3 together before garbage time) plus Fox out and shit happened.

Thats not the point. You cant lose to cellar dwellar on back end of back to back and expect excellence in playoffs and favorable seeding for playoffs. Demand perfection. They half assed it the whole game tried to comeback at end with their horrific three point defense not letting them. Their 3 point defense will burn them in playoffs. Thats the take away. If you cant see that you are just a stupid sunshine pumper.

If we are relying on those three for playoffs we are in big trouble.

They arent improving in this area. It should be a point of emphasis. The teams who can shoot the three well will always be in games with us. Why do you think Suns own us. Denver will murder us in playoffs if their 6 40 percent 3 shooters are healthy by then.

The issue is whats obvious and why we lost the game.We couldnt hit our shots,And we couldnt defend them from hitting theres.
That has nothing to do with wemby.We lost to the wolves and suns the same way with out wemby.
