NBA 2025-26 NBA Thread

Pretty curious to see which teams take a step back after some success last year. I could see Detroit struggle a bit and I'm not sure about Atlanta.

dillingham is going to create the same problem that sheppard will with houston. how to you manage the need to get a scorer on the court but make up for that guard'd defensive weaknesses? there are going to be some gargantuan lineups in the west.

I thought Dillingham was the better prospect out of college and still think he may have an easier time on defense. Sheppard's hands are incredible - he'll get steals and blocks out of nothing - but he can't keep up with players at all. Dillingham is a moron on defense, but if he fixes his understanding of that end, he at least has the quickness to stay with players, even if he'll never be good.

The two game results that really pop out at me other than the Spurs game is that Utah totally dominated the Clippers at home and that the Raptors ran away from the Hawks in Atlanta. Too early for alarm bells but those aren't good.

Dom Barlow started next to Embid and went 34 minutes with 13 pts, 8 reb, 5 ast, and a block for Philadelphia in their 117-116 win over Boston.

Utah Jazz going for the it's a wonderful life duo tbh

Isn’t it good for our 2026 swap??

The Fagan AI voice on NBC sounds robotic and creepy AF

Not a fan

Long live the OG voice, RIP Fagan

While Embiid went 1-9, scored 4 points and posted a -16

Imagine being on the hook for $106MM for Embiid and PG13 JUST FOR THIS SEASON ALONE
