Game Thread Spurs (9-4) vs Grizzlies (4-10) (Tue 11/18/25) [7:00PM CDT]

Was just reminded that Spurs haven't beaten the Grizzlies in San Antonio since January 5, 2019. Almost 7 years ago… We've have lost 11 straight home games to the Grizzlies. It's beyond time to end that streak tbh.

Oh screw that. This Grizzlies team is on the verge of a collapse. Beat them down tonight.

2-13 over the last 15.
We won the last matchup in Memphis.

Korndog going to have his hands full with Edey. gotta stay out of foul trouble

but this is first and foremost a pressure game for Fox. no wemby, no castle, no harper, so he's got nobody to really defer to. he needs to create and he needs to create often. he signed a max extension, time to prove his worth

Shams: San Antonio Spurs guard Stephon Castle has a left hip flexor strain and will be re-evaluated in 1 to 2 weeks, sources tell ESPN. Castle has been one of the league's breakout players in his second season, averaging 17.3 points, 7.5 assists and 5.8 rebounds.

McLaughlin out too. its DJG time

An MRI determined Stephon Castle suffered a left hip flexor strain in the first half against Sacramento and he will be reevaluated in 1-2 weeks, league source tells The Athletic. Jordan McLaughlin had an MRI that revealed a right hamstring strain suffered during a workout Monday, the Spurs announced.

So basically no Harper, Wemby, Castke until
Xmas. FFS.

Our number 1,3,4 top players.

So 2 gonna have to carry team with 5.

5 being Kornet.

Is anybody fucking healthy? Jesus Christ these guys are like 21 years old and they can’t stay on the goddamn court. You are supposed to be able to play all day every day at that age.

Holy shit :st-lmao: We finally have a decent team again and just get wrecked by injuries.
I’ve been trying to stay positive, but I have to admit I’m starting to get really pissed off. Come on boys. You are so young to be getting hurt like this.

ROFL NBC squeezing this game into their schedule after Victor played like a big the first five games. Now they get Fox vs Coward as the marquee.

Hurt in a workout.

Sweeney must have hugged AD on his way out of Dallas and infected our players with injury juice tbh

Thank god he's not injury-prone!

We can't catch a break with all of these injuries. The basketball Gods giveth, and they taketh away.

Injuries suck! At least these seem like normal, lower level injuries. Lots of players missing time already this year around the league.
Olynyk and Sochan need to show up and show out and we got this. Maybe.
