Man, love the defensive effort and countering Miami’s run. there were so many games the last two seasons where they couldn’t close the deal.

Played an ugly game against a team that had been playing well and still came out with a win.

To be fair they made us play ugly. Good team, and that makes me even happier knowing all the players we didn't have tonight and still pulled off the W.

Wemby had to go ss3 w those minutes this game and after the spurs’ shitty performance down the stretch. This team is going to be lethal if they can tone down their TO’s.

Biyombo sucks but really it’s just unfortunate that both Kornet and Olynyk are injured. I think a lot of teams would be in trouble if their 2nd and 3rd best bigs were injured.

That being said I’m totally on board with finding pretty much anyone else to take Biyombo’s spot

The Spurs just beat Spoelstra at his own game. This is one to be proud of.

stating the obvious maybe but castle is a respectable jump-shot away from being an all-star. today.

not many 20-year-old guards have such a sophisticated two-way game. alpha mentality and looks to possess the vaunted clutch gene. the turnovers are neither here nor given the fact he's being forced to play-make at a high volume as a young combo guard in the absence of the team's senior PG.

genuinely excited to see how he looks when fox returns. he can focus more on slashing off-the-ball and will have a ton of space to work on his shot-making.

harper is gonna find him cutting from the wing 10 times a game too

You also gotta credit how unselfish the Castle and Harper duo has been. So far, no ego about who handles the ball. For long periods, Castle would let Harper handle the rock and let him set things up. These guys don’t care to be a lead dog on offense. I imagine that’s how it will be when Fox returns too

I laugh when people pit Castle vs. Harper. They're both awesome. Castle was big down the stretch.

I like the fire and passion. I like that they are going all out to win every game. 6 years of losing has lit a raging fire within this organization and the players are ready to make the rest of the Association burn.
