Game Thread Spurs (30-13) @ Rockets (25-15) (Tue 1/20/26) [7:00PM CDT]

Holy Bryant muscle in

To the Castle haters: would you rather have Sheppard?

Because Wright would've taken him over Castle in the 2024 draft.

We got so much more firepower than them it's not even close.
It's just about defending the glass and not letting them run in transition since they can't do much in half-court.

Keldon got greedy there, should've just picked the ball up.

Excellent energy in the first quarter. Don’t come out and have a complete lull now.

we're not playing perfect out there but a 3 point onslaught makes any quarter look good

we are 5-15 on our 2pt attempts btw

I understand the defensive packing the paint but still Castle is not finishing on like he did earlier in the year. Even on fast breaks I noticed he’s missing stuff a lot. Is he looking to draw the foul too much?

Prob the best quarter of the season despite the terrible last 2 possessions tbh. Spurs haven't shot like that in a hot minute.

I mean they're packing the paint like morons so far and we're punishing them for it. He's being sloppy though, also this team is really athletic defensively so it'll be harder to finish inside

Not even close.

1st qtr OKC christmas game
2nd qtrnMinnesota game

Thompson is nice. I hope Steph invests some time this summer on the midrange game he’s developed.
