Game Thread Spurs (30-13) @ Rockets (25-15) (Tue 1/20/26) [7:00PM CDT]

Houston is a city full of engineers, but we can’t find two guys who understand the mechanics of a basketball hoop?

fuckin' took less time to fix the glass when Shaq broke the backboard

Seems I’m the only one here that doesn’t just hate Durant lol I’ve just always loved watching him play despite the off court/twitter antics
The burner stuff is hilarious to me. Dude is a troll and truly doesn't care.

His going to Golden State and team-hopping is pretty weak, but otherwise I got nothing against him.

FSD countdown to tipoff is 20 minutes now. Sigh

I was pretty cool with him until he started changing teams every two seasons.

Will be a 15-min delay they said. Have to change out the rim entirely. Then another 5 min for the players to warm up.

I've only been to Houston once, to drive thru to Galveston to take a cruise.

Oh god they’ve unleashed the ad machine floodgates, we ain’t starting anytime soon

I've heard of rain delays...this is a rim delay.

And I gotta say, I don't much care for it.

How hard can it be? Loosen the right side. Level it. Tighten it. Come on, man.

Probably gonna have to let the players shootaround...then gonna do intros again, maybe the national anthem
