Spurs will receive the more favorable of its 2026 1st round pick and ATL's 2026 1st round pick.

Watch here.

It's going to take a catastrophe for that pick to end up top 4, like season ending injuries to several Atlanta players, otherwise they're deep enough that they should make the playoffs by default given the sorry state of the Eastern conference. I think it probably ends up somewhere in the 15-20 range and if it conveys it won't be a huge jump, but we can always hope.... it has happened before (recently to Memphis, New Orleans, etc).

Agree, it would be a catastrophe for the Hawks to miss the playoffs with the major injuries and inexperienced teams in the EC. They are pretty fragile, still, depending a lot on Young, but are better than last year. If they were in the West I wouldn't expect a playoff berth.

I'm going to vote YES... it will convey... but it will only go from like pick #21 to pick #18.

the oddmakers are against it (they have atlanta with a higher O/U than us)... but have to vote yes for the good juju

Trae has never won more than 43 games in a season which is just about as mediocre as possible. Maybe the East has enough wins available to bump that up, but I have the Spurs winning more than 43.

Lezz go Rappz. 87-79 with 6:05 to go

Hawks have no bench, no depth

lol I just came here to post about this after the Hawks went down by 20 in the 3rd. Hopefully a sign of good things to come for the swap

What the hell happened. It went from 10 down to like 23 down in three minutes.

Good start. Fuck Hawks :ROFLMAO:

Is there any other teams that we should root against this year?

I think the pick conveys. and will lead to yet another contributing player.

Snyder already figured out that he has to play Okongwu instead of Porzingis at C. Trae needs a rim roller, not a pick and pop big.

Something else I'm keeping an eye on is Utah's record. Spurs have their second round pick and if they end up with the worst record in the league, it will have some trade value next June by being the first pick of the second day of the draft.

Fucking Paulo Banchero sold so hard last night. Went 4/15 from the field, including his atrocious game-winning FG attempt from nearly half-court with 12 seconds left on the shot clock. Dude is a dumbass.

WTF. Why did he shoot from half court with 12 seconds left. That's crazy. Did he lose track of the game clock?

ORL really should have won. Hawks missing two starters and Magic supposedly have good defensive guards. They had control of the game.
