There's bound to be some growing pains with CB but he already looks more court-aware than Sochan ever has.

Good win. This team is going to be stacked in a couple of years.
 
Feel like Fox/Harper/Castle will have major opportunities to feast during Wemby's bench minutes thanks to Kornet's screens. He is exactly what this team needed, a big who is actually big and also competent and knows exactly what he is.

If we are to actually jump into the mid-40s in wins this year we have to be able to play near neutral point differential basketball during Wemby's 16 minutes per game that he is on the bench.
 
I'm pretty sure Luke Kornet will finish the season with a fg% of 100.
 
That Wemby + Kornet connection is looking really solid.

Carter Bryant looks so much better as a role player this game than his outsized summer league role.
 
Kornet was a huge pickup for this team. Good vibes too.
 
Once Bryant can kick off his training wheels he's going to be a beast of a role player.
 
Yes it was good to see Kornet out there and Bryant looked lmuch better than summer league. He plays with intensity. Kornet and Wemby are gonna be super when they play together and when Wembley sits, Kornet can cover for him.
 
Kornet is absolutely the kind of big the team needed. A better version of Poeltl for less
 
Just watched the first half; here's my review (all good points):
1. Kornet looks really good - both in terms of positioning, ball movement - he is just a very smart and experienced basketball player; his feel for the game is amazing;
2. Linday water is pretty damn good for 3-ball; he and Champaigne;
3. Carter Bryant - played with a lot of energy; definitely will help on the bench. His defense and help defense is good; not enough sample size to really conclude;
4. Wemby is a lot more physical compared to last year; I think he wants to assert and establish command from the get-go. I am not too worried about the turnovers
5. Barnes and Julian played well; just within the limits of the game.
