Game Thread Spurs (6-2) vs Pelicans (2-6) (Sat 11/08/25) [7:00PM CDT]

Typical trap game and the opponents playing with nothing to lose

Letting bad teams hand around, and you start seeing bullshit like that shot at the end.

Man these Christmas commercials. Don't feel at all like the season when it's fucking 90 today. :ROFLMAO:

FFS we can't put these guys away still
Refs have been determined all night to keep this close. We should have shot around 30 freethrows by now at least. They are just hacking everyone in the paint. Fears should have fouled out twice.

Vic needs a sports psychologist to get out of his own head.
Keeps coming out with epic soundbites which actually go against his nice, almost-timid nature.

Blowing this game after the high they had from last night wouldn't surprise me at all

Keldon with big plays. Holy shit his impact is so much better on the team now that he's in his right role.

IDK what it means to “play PG” for this team, but I do know the best stretch we played this entire game is when Fox had the ball in his hands and took over.

Happy to have multiple ball handlers on this team. I see a future where we have Fox, Harper and Castle all on the floor together and it will be a beautiful sight
The best stretch in the game where Fox went psycho scoring the ball and involved no one else. Great performance but that’s not going to happen all the time. The Spurs went up 10 over the Pelicans and then it became tied by the end of the 1st at the beginning of when Fox started handling the ball. Right after that it was all Fox possessions. I’m not denying the fact that Fox is a lethal scorer to have but these lines are being too blurred and facts are getting lost in all the excitement of having him back.

Wemby’s 3ball looks so much better when it’s a quick C&S. No time to get into his own head.
