Game Thread Spurs (26-11) @ Celtics (23-13) (Sat 1/10/26) [7:00PM CST]

And the Lakers lost too. It was a good night.

There's a logjam of teams with 13 losses :st-lol:
LeBron was probably wishing he took tonight off as well because Giannis completely punked him in the clutch lol

Was reading that this would be Wemby's first career win against the Celtics so let's win for wemb.

[Guzman] Spurs have recalled Carter Bryant from Austin after one game. He’s expected to be AVAILABLE tonight in Boston for Big Team.

Let's beat these Beantown B*tches! :st-flag:

I think they recalled him because Champ is questionable.

SpursRΞPORTΞR on X: "What is happening?! My guy @TermineRadio from @SiriusXMNBA pointed out that the finalists for this year's @NBA Cup have all skidded since Vegas. We looked even closer and found that the Spurs, Thunder, Knicks and Magic have all been seen their winning % drop. Coincidence? https://t.co/4YgRPQbqU2" / X https://share.google/o1EZ2YVLdLeDvKq7g

No DJG on the road though, huh?

Hoping Castle can have a nice showing against Jaylen Brown. JB has been a killer this year and will be a great challenge to deal with.

Celtics rotation last night was Pritchard/White/Hauser/Brown/Queta with Simons, Walsh, Gonzalez and Garza off the bench.
We really need to dominate bench minutes, I'm not confident we can overcome our shooting struggles, but there's no reason to not attack the paint and dominate the glass.

Forgot Anfernee Simons plays for Boston now tbh. Another one of those players who has killed the Spurs over the years.
