The best i can tell he's athletic.... that's about itHis 8.1% TRB% would rank him 12th on our team, a smidge ahead of Dylan Harper. Yikes.
I (thankfully) do not watch a lot of Nets games... what's his appeal?

Posted a trade involving him a month ago in this thread tbh.I know hes older and POR is playing well, but anyone for Jerami Grant?
What's your take on Sharpe? His numbers always look good and I think he'd be the Olynyk/Biyombo upgrade we need.
I expect them to start considering blowing it up. An expiring and Atlanta 2027 might get it done.At what point do we think MEM would be willing to listen to offers on Aldama? I still contend he is the budget Lauri we need... and he's in the first year of a declining 3/52.
He's eligible to be traded starting 1/15.
Dont see any way POR gives up Sharpe and we dont really need him anyways with our guard combosWhat's your take on Sharpe? His numbers always look good and I think he'd be the Olynyk/Biyombo upgrade we need.
I'd consider a Olynyk (or Sochan) for Clowney/Sharpe trade with us adding that '27 ATL pick because they'll probably get AD and make the playoffs next season with him and the pick they'll get from Pelicans, the East is too weak.
Wrong Sharpe.Dont see any way POR gives up Sharpe and we dont really need him anyways with our guard combos
I think he meant big man Day'Ron Sharpe, Nets.Dont see any way POR gives up Sharpe and we dont really need him anyways with our guard combos
He is indeed under contract until 2029 but the last two years of his contract are non-guaranteed.I think he is under contract till 2029. But beside this, do you see Rockets trade a player to the Spurs?
I see. I only saw his PO for 28/29. I didn't even know it's possible to get a player option on a non guaranteed contract. sounds somehow strange. He is indeed under contract until 2029 but the last two years of his contract are non-guaranteed.
It's sure Rockets rather trade him to another team but it's only a so-so role player so it could happen under the right circumstances.
you also think there are no minutes for a 10th player in the rotation. Maybe you should stop thinking so much, since it doesn't lead to anything logicalThat's why I believe a TM3 trade would need to ship Vassell. TM would take his spot (and usage number) and give the line ups more flexibility, because he can take some PF minutes (what DV can't). TM is the more efficient player, especially on lower usage. And I think he is the better defender overall.
Why would you trade for him? According to you, there are no minutes for him on this rosterI understand Mo Wagner will be back soon. talk was it might happen within the next week.
so, what will the Magic do, when they find out Wagner is his old self? in this case they are somehow overloaded at C.
(Carter, Bitadze, Wagner, Isaac, Robinson, with Banchero playing some Center minutes as well)
Isaac contract is complicated, they can only play him 19 more games, or his next year contract get's guaranteed. will be difficult to move him, I think they will just cut him, considering they are deep in Lux territory next season.
I would look at Bitadze. they might do Sochan for him, might even add some future compensation.
or, in a bigger picture: what would it take to get Da Silva from them? help them with Isaac? give them Sochan and Picks?

nah what's wrong with you? where are the minutes for Isaac coming from on this roster?what's wrong with you?
Mr Genius. Could you break down the split of your say 265 minutes you got by getting a rotation player for a non rotation player please?I understand Mo Wagner will be back soon. talk was it might happen within the next week.

Jesus. Isaac get's cut. read-think-write. not the other way around.nah what's wrong with you? where are the minutes for Isaac coming from on this roster?
you didn't answer the question. Where are the minutes for da Silva coming from?Jesus. Isaac get's cut. read-think-write. not the other way around.
8M guaranteed money would add a lot more to Magic's next year's tax bill.
a team that helps them avoid this, will ask for a significant return.
da Silva would be the price. it's not that hard to understand, isn't it.
Seems like a guy ripe for a S&T as an RFA this summer? We should follow the Peyton Watson situation closely.
13/5 on 51/40/74 this season, 3.2 3pta, also has a steal and a block, positive defender.
Since he got a bigger role because of all the injuries, he's been averaging 21ppg and 38% from 3pt on 5 attempts.
I don't think the Nuggets can pay him, he's on an expiring rookie deal.
They'll be at the first apron next summer with just 10 players on the roster, Watson will surely get around ~$15M per year.
Could be, or maybe the Nuggets keep him and trade Braun, they can't keep both.Seems like a guy ripe for a S&T as an RFA this summer?

I'm talking about this guy as a third string big upgrade since Wemby is unavailable so often.
I don't really watch the Nets, I assume you have more insight since you mad an in-depth post about Clowney.
Basically giving up a FRP for Clowney or Sharpe is too much, but if we can get both, then it might be worth it.
