Game Thread Spurs @ Heat (Wed 10/8/25) [6:30PM CDT]

Ingram needs to be cut, bball iq is trash
And smarts are supposed to be his selling point...ugh, does not look anything like an NBA prospect to me. No size, no shot, no athleticism...lets use that TW on anyone else.

Would rather give a shot on a roster spot to whatever a Micah Potter is than to the corpse of Bismack.

Should have kept Prince Bassey tbh

Their starters and second stringers are better than our third stringers/G Leaguers. Gotta admit it. Big if true.

Clutch free throws by Bryant.

One of the worst 2nd rounders in recent memory
Juan Nunez says hi
That dude will never play in the NBA...wtf were they doing??

Jaylen Wells just sitting there, Ighodaro, Klintman and Bona all would've played last yr. I get not wanting Ajay Mitchell with Castle, but when we needed Forwards...

It's so on brand for Spo to be trying to win this game against scrubs and crying about calls.
yeah he sure was crying about a traveling call there at the end

Spurs third-stringers outplaying Heat starters down the stretch; CB hitting clutch free throws to ice the game. Spurs collect the win and moral victories too.

It's odd seeing the team that didn't think there was any value in a lottery pick trying to shoehorn Ingram into the rotation while he continues to not improve.

Some good clutch work down the stretch from CB. It's just preseason, but those were minutes of solid import for a rookie. Carter Bryant shows some promise, mentally. Gonna be interesting to watch how he develops. The way he brings the ball up already says "not a roleplayer", longterm. Gonna be very, very interesting. He is already not my least favorite Spurs player.
