Probably their continuing effort to maximize their marketing efforts into Austin and that I-35 corridor.WTF, they just announced the Spurs are going to be running busses from Austin for $25 for home games… is San Antonio really unable to sell out the arena? Maybe they don’t deserve a team.
Posting the highlights to the game? Gutsy move
Hope to have a fuller team and refocused effort against LA.Hope to win against LA
I think hubris was starting to take over on that front. These injuries to start the season have been absolutely devastating. The fact that our guys started 5-0 with such a thin front court was mind blowing
It’s only for five home games.Probably their continuing effort to maximize their marketing efforts into Austin and that I-35 corridor.
Yea see what he can do.jmc aint impressing me so far.Maybe they'll give Jones-Garcia more run than McLaughlin after this 1.
Mitch should get the players in the film room like Clockwork Orange lolInstead of burning this tape, they should watch it. On repeat. Wemby needs to learn to be more aggressive and assert himself early. He set the tone by being passive and lackadaisical. The others also need to step up when Wemby is being double and triple teamed. There was a lot of standing atound and watching on offense in that first half. They also need to prepare to get every team's A game and their best effort night in and night out.
Try a month or more.Kornet only twisted his ankle and he's been out over a week. Harper will be out at least a month.
They've had 1 game in the last 5 days leading into this one, though. Tonight didn't seem like Wemby fatigue honestly, seemed like he wasn't up for the game and when it got difficult he didn't fight. Curious to see if Vic and the others are as listless in LA on Wednesday. This game goes much differently with Fox in the lineup. If they are actually just holding him out due to an overabundance of caution, the time is now to bring him in, especially given Harper's injury, which let's hope is not serious. Wemby is exhausted, clearly 39 minutes the other night is still too much for him, especially with the load he has had to carry with Kornet out. I guess his stamina is not suddenly limitless after all. He is being asked to do too much with all the injuries and having Fox back will ease a lot of the burden.
Glad to be here for the first official BB meltdown thread!! GSG!
Just when we thought he ascended that rarefied tier of night-in, night-out excellence of the Jokic, prime Timmy, Lebron of the world. Really disappointing seeing him getting shut out violently (or rather take himself out of the game like that) against a mediocre oppositionSneezey back at it![]()
