Our superstar is just wildly inconsistent, and the team reflects that reality. Year 3 Wemby has been a letdown in that regard, tbh.. Unacceptable game-to-game peak & valley performance from Wemby..

I was so wrong about Kon. Coming into the draft, I couldn't look past his stubby arms, unremarkable size, and lack of athleticism to see him as a strong prospect.

But he's shown over the course of the season that he has one trait that a lot of other more heavily hyped prospects lack: he actually knows how to play basketball.

No5 sure why your gushing over Kon r/n. Spurs have paid him basic attention, and basically subtracted him from the game.

SGA and Giannis are so overrated Jesus Christ. Both beneficiaries of injury riddled finals runs, with giannis personally taking out kyrie during his 2021 run. giannis can’t even shoot, dudes been run dunk charge man his whole career. SGA foul baiting fairy. I don’t think Giannis has been out of the first round since 2021 or 2022 either, can’t carry a team in his supposed prime.

I can’t wait for Wemby to get his first ring to put himself firmly above those assholes.

They were, but I had confidence against the Rockets. I didn't believe Houston's offense is good enough to put the game away. Hornets seem to be playing on fire lately. Spurs are going to need to bring a monumental defensive effort to win this game.

It’s all about injury luck this year IMO. But yah, Victor’s highs and lows are fucking annoying.

Agreed. He has these whirlwind sequences where he can completely blow a game open blocking shots, hitting threes, and throwing down crazy dunks.

He also has these stretches where he misses a few easy shots, starts getting lackadaisical and chucking up bad shots and getting cute on offense. He needs to learn to cut these out of his game, not every swing has to be a home run.

Makes me miss Timmy who was always just slow and steady no matter the opponent, and you'd like up and he'd quietly have his 20 and 10 and never get rattled.
