Game Thread Spurs (3-0) vs Raptors (1-2) (Mon 10/27/25) [7:00 PM CDT]

36 minutes isnt insane.. lmao and also he only played 30 minutes tonight. Thats below to supposed to be his avaerage minutes of 34 minutes a game.
Like, WTF. You do know the load Victor carries throughout a game right? Then you have the back-to-back on top of that.

And who here really gives a fuck about winning regular season MVP. All I care about is wins and playoffs. Only MVP I give a crap about is in the playoffs.

I've been around too long to know never to get too excited about these things, but how legit is this team?
This is the exciting part, we just don’t know. We will just have to wait and see.

Every game is like an adventure in finding out about the unknown.

Cmon man. Young superstars can play 36 minutes back to back games. Dont be a fan of load management too much.

Being the youngest MVP in history of yhe league would be sweet start for the road to the GOAT. Tbh. also wemby isnt on Duncan tier. he is on the jordan/ lebron tier.
Yikes might want to scale those expectations back just a tad. And I’ll take Timmy over LeBron every day of the week.

Mitch much tighter on the reins tonight. Called some good TOs to keep the Raptors ember from sparking a blazing run. Managed that 2nd half much better than the Nets game.

Pretty sure Victor does.

Scoring 121 points with 39 made fgs and 67 attempted fgs (about half the league is averaging 90 FG attempts) while winning by 18 points and having 20 turnovers is impressive tbh.

Saying that, can't wait to get Kornet back.

Hey guys, guess what? 4-0 DESPITE:

-No Fox, Sochan, Olynyk, and even Kornet
-A rookie and a sophomore holding down the backcourt
-a paper thin front court basically held down by Wemby and semi-relevant 10 years ago Biyombo
-sloppy and at times a desolate offense
-rotational lapses on perimeter opponents.

I don’t wanna get crazy, but this isn’t even the half of what could be with health and natural progressive cohesion

ONE MORE GAME!

What's the deal with CMB. I thought people mentioned during the pre-draft that he can't shoot? Looked alright to me with his shot, and he defense was even better.

But lthe fact is ebron is in the goat conversation timmy is not.
Tim is considered the GOAT PF by everyone from Barkley on down. He's got 5 rings with the same team. Lebron had to do a lot of manipulation to win 4 with 3 different teams. Lebron is great, but Tim had the best career in my eyes. A much cooler player and person it would seem. He didn't need to puff out his chest, he just won. Tim beat him at least a couple of Finals as well. Ray Allen saved him in '13.

mitch was asked if he expected anybody back next game but he basically punted the question saying he doesnt know but worst case the guys playing get some extra rest with the 2 days off

It's not Wemby's mindset to stat pad, he sees himself as the leader by his actions.

Keeping everyone involved and happy is part of his job.

Also smart not to force on the 2nd night of a BtoB after playing 37' on the 1st night considering his efforts on D

Man, I'm starting to really think that keeping Bismack was a bad move. They should have looked to upgrade his spot. He looks beyond washed.
