Game Thread Spurs (27-13) vs Bucks (17-23) (Thu 1/15/26) [7:00PM CST]

An important win. Both teams will be very motivated. Since we have a day or so, can someone tell me how long the experiment with Fox not playing point until the last few minutes in tight games been happening. I remember Castle doing much better in the 2 or 3 role, but is it my imagination?
And whatever happened to the much-ballyhooed Wemby-Fox two-man game? The kind that was supposed to terrorize the rest of the league for years to come? Haven't seen a lick of that all season.

Giannis and Wemby always come to play against each other. Not expecting much with this team’s slump. But beating the Bucks shouldn’t be expecting much.
Expect Giannis to put up numbers he definitely gets excited about this matchup. Of course, for Victor if his coach won’t let him go more than 25 min well he can’t match Giannis.

Mitch saving Wemby’s shelf life for when he inevitably gets pissed and leaves this org.

Devin who?
Oh him. Do you mean like basketball in the NBA?

Seriously I don't know his condition, but he's been out a long time it seems.
he's been out for 2 weeks. Just feels longer cause we had 3 back to backs during that stretch. That injury usually takes 2-4 weeks, he's been playing 2-on-2 since Boston. Ramp up period

I'm hoping the Spurs can get out of this slump before more losses begin to pile up. We are a few losses away from going all the way down to the 7th seed. It's time to start another winning streak!
