Got slaughtered on the offensive glass and nobody but Harper could shoot for shit. That's why they lost.

Barnes 0-12 on 3s in Vegas. Mr 100 percent became Mr 0 percent.

Champagne 1-4 on 3s

Vassell 4-14 from the floor

Castle 5-15 from the floor

Offense disappeared completely in the 4th

If the team doesn't shoot well and gets killed on the boards they lose. Almost every time.

If Barnes could’ve just had an average game the spurs win this going away

This was some humble pie and an unfriendly reminder that this team ain't even close to Championship contention tbh. 2 years (and multiple upgrades) away at least. Lots of improvement needed I'm multiple areas.

I disagree that they need a bunch of roster upgrades. This team is loaded with talent. They need seasoning in big games. That will come in the playoffs this season.

SPURS really have to create a FLOW plan for Wemby.

Find his strengths and limit him to hit those over and over and over. I feel its mid range jumper.

With this style of play he is so interesting to watch, but also feels like its not a championship play.

Fell apart in the 4th unfortunately, going to not try to overreact too much but

- Wemby looked horrendous outside that small run. Absolutely bullied in the boards, no one afraid to drive on him, and incredibly sloppy on the O end. He’s still rusty prob but not a good look after recent quotes lol

- Barnes Barnes Barnes, I really hope this is a Vegas thing and not a big game thing. What an atrocious performance

- Not much bad to say about our 3 headed guard rotation. Boys fought hard and played well

- Mitch mostly did alright, no major complaints. But need to work on how the team reacts to getting punched, and mostly teach th how to keep leads. All year long games have been ready to be iced and we always let people back in. It’s a mentality thing

- At least this doesn’t count towards our standings lol

Can't say I'm too surprised; Knicks are a veteran team that has played a lot of high pressure games. It's good for the Spurs to be playing these kind of games and seeing what it really takes to win in this league. Another reason I'm not too disappointed in getting five games against OKC as this isn't a contending year; it's a development year. Really hope the Spurs get a series against Denver or OKC in the playoffs to get more experience against poised veteran teams and to learn how to become one of them.

Knicks wanted it more than us. That simple. They destroyed us on the glass all game long and got damn-near every loose ball it seemed. They out-hustled us. They played harder than us. Spurs were sniffing their own farts after beating OKC and proceeded to get bent over on national television. They have no on to blame but themselves.

i like barnes alot.But he did not just miss open shots.He miss big momentum changing shots that could of
