Yeah, I don't want to talk shit about Keldon, but may as well say it. I've been thinking for a while he's likely going to be useless in the playoffs. Just not a steady enough player. Doesn't have anything go-to.

Mitch and Co. got outreached in the 2nd half, but, the Knicks effort far outpaced ours. Robinson is a beast and they just storm the offensive glass. Probably the best in the league.

If the team doesn't shoot well and gets killed on the boards they lose. Almost every time.

Irrespective of all this shit, we win this game if Wemby stick to assignment and get the rebounds.

I dont think its completely wemby fault either, we have too many guys going for rebound since he wa injured and that all got him confused of his assignment looks like.

This is a good thing for the Spurs, they will talk to each other and figure out the real games ahead. This is fine, not a real record, and NYC is a great team, we barely loss because of a bad call that took our 3 points away and no call on out of bound, that could be a 5 point swing

Yes. In championship games, there's two guys on the Spurs I trust. Steph and also the rook Dylan has showed a super cool demeanor tonight. Like Van Gundy said, he could have celebrated after that second last three of his, but he D up Jalen Brunson and forced a turnover. Victor and De'Aaron both very erratic.

Honestly, this was pretty promising. Sucks to lose this way, but shows that Castle and Harper can step up when the lights get bright. Castle is a straight up dawg - love his demeanor, I think Wemby has a tendency to be too up and down and his focus comes and goes, so you need a guy like Castle who's steady all the time. Everything else is gravy, that Castle-Wemby-Harper trio's going to be good in the playoffs for a long time.

We played the best team in the East with Wemby on a minutes restriction and lost only because our wings shot 1-8 from wide open looks they should hit every time.
We surely won't make the finals this year, but to say we're nowhere near is an overreaction.
