Hopefully Phoenix was the last game when we don't have at least two of our playmakers available.
Having guaranteed 48 minutes of top tier ballhandling will be a massive difference.

And don't forget that Harper won us a couple of games with his impact. Even in the game he went down, he had 12 points in 11 minutes.
Back then I said that he was a tier above Castle and it was true at the time. It's just that Castle realized he can't fuck around and improved after Harper went down.
If both of them are healthy and on their best game, we'll be deadly.

(As long as Mitch takes the ball away from Devin and Jeremy, obviously. And Olynyk isn't Diaw 2.0, either.)

Was listening to the Silver & Black Coffee Hour Podcast (IMO, the only Spurs podcast worth listening to) and the gang there seems pretty convinced that a win against POR coupled with a HOU win against GSW would all but clinch a spot in the quarterfinals. I don't know if this is right, but I'm going to enter the game believing this for karma and rooting purposes.

I'm 3-0 in the Fox jersey this season... will be sporting it again tonight.

Tom Petrini is solid, but I really like what the Locked-On crew has put together this season, whether they convinced or directed Jeff Garcia to bring in Casey Viera and Devin Booker for the live postgame and an extra daily podcast. It's a big improvement. Devin is a bona fide local sports hero who actually played for his hometown team and won a championship with them. They usually make movies about guys like Devin, starring former rappers turned underwear models turned Hollywood superstar mogul. Casey is a very measured journalist who’s great as the host of the Live Show. Honestly, Mr. Garcia seems more into what he calls “geek” culture than the Spurs anyway.
