That altercation will carry over on Tuesday and FBC will be louder because of it. The pressure is on the Spurs to win it. Any physicality by the Blazers should be matched with equal or more.

Thought Castle would be out for weeks when they said he went straight for X-rays but thrilled when he returned.

Steph was reacting to Deni deliberately yanking his arm down hard on the drive and still not stopping his shot. Maybe not dirty, but dangerous. He didn't slam the ball into Deni's chest, either, just put it there deliberately. Taunt, yes, as in you can't stop me and you can't score on me. Just run it back, now.

Just reviewed it again. Deni actually swiped down the front of Steph's forearm and past his elbow. Hard foul, but he didn't grab his bicep like I originally thought.

Just watched on delay, I felt the same. Down 17 at the half and really expected to win still. Not by THAT much but, yeah. I had the exact same confidence.

Eh, Spurs shouldn't feel much pressure at all imo. They've proven three times now this season they can beat the Guests in their own building in high-stakes games. That said, closeout games are a bitch that only two of the Spurs' rotation players have won.

If we take care business on Tuesday, best part about this series so far was the team coming through adversity. No Wemby and the authoring of two come-from-behind victories that looked like comfortable wins by the end.

I respect your thoughts first of all. The NBA has changed so much and it sort of gotten a little soft. This is nothing more than a little playoff basketball and who cares on either. Both players are basically sick of each other.

Highlights include KJ did not deserve 6MOY and should be benched for the rest of the playoffs, Kornet sucks and this game is more representative of his contributions than the first three, Fox is doing nothing for us because he's a career loser, Wemby should have been sat out another game, and Mitch Johnson as always has no idea what he's doing.

I love the game threads. I have no complaints. It's just hilarious watching people overreact in real time, as though every offensive drought or defensive lapse is a sign of a massive gaping hole instead of, like, how basketball goes.

It's funny when the Spurs start getting skullfucked in a stretch I'll just go and talk a walk around the neighborhood for ten minutes to get away and at least half the time when I return the guys have crawled back and it's a game again. Can't do that with a team that's not legitimately awesome. Shoutout to @Russ who I learned that from in the 2000s dynasty.
