Steph was reacting to Deni deliberately yanking his arm down hard on the drive and still not stopping his shot. Maybe not dirty, but dangerous. He didn't slam the ball into Deni's chest, either, just put it there deliberately. Taunt, yes, as in you can't stop me and you can't score on me. Just run it back, now.I mean, I don’t blame Deni at all for getting upset at that. I think the majority of players in the league wouldn’t just let a dude stick the ball right in their chest after an and-1
It was funny and I’m fine with Castle doing that since we had already started to pull away at that point, but I think people are being a little crazy for acting like Deni was in the wrong for giving him a pretty minor shove after that.

Great meme template, tbh.

nah they're two halves away from 3-1 they gave up leads both of these gamesWill be really telling how POR comes out in game 5. To be one half away for 2-2 with a 17 point lead to getting absolutely sonned had to be demoralizing. The bad thing for us is guys like Jrue don’t have quit in them. Probably need to weather a really hard punch to start the game off. Super glad it’s home.
“If I texted Timmy , I wonder if he’d text me back. I think he liked me”.
Can’t do that crap against better teams tho. 2 games in a rowThe first half was discouraging as all get out, but nice to know they can dig themselves out of some bad situations.
he cant stay in front of anybodyHe's been absent the entire series, which surprises me... he seems like he always puts up decent games against us. Wonder if he is still banged up or if this is a tactical error by Tiago
Would be nice if the Spurs could bring him on this offseason as an assistant tbh. Doubt the Spurs are able to retain both Sweeney and Williamson unfortunately.I wonder what will be Splitter's fate after their season end. He has done a very nice job with that team.
I hope he can be a head coach still, though I want him to move to the East.
Spurs mostly settling not making shotsDamn, sorry I couldn't watch this one live. When I saw them in person in Austin, I had the sense that this team can put it together quickly and just blow another team away in 2-3 mins. That's a Jordan/Bulls Showtime/Lakers kind of level. Still so much growth to come, but, they are gifted and are turning defense into offense. I have no doubt that they will close it out Tuesday and the next round will be a very different type of challenge. It's also great to see what Fox can do when at his best. We need more of that from him.
What was going on when Portland had such a big lead? Were we not physical enough? Not making shots?
Yeah it’s not championship habitCan’t do that crap against better teams tho. 2 games in a row
Where can you watch the full Jacob Tobey post game interviews? Didn't realize he was still working until I saw a clip/interview with him after the previous game.

Tiago: "I can't believe our new owner revoked my parking pass."

Apparently, he's been working his way back from two months out with a lower leg injury. He started to get hot in the second quarter, though. He's been absent the entire series, which surprises me... he seems like he always puts up decent games against us.
