Spurs catch a break here with Portland barely squeaking by Phoenix in tonight's Play-In game. We matchup much better with the Blazers and are 10-0 against them at home in the Playoffs all-time, the most wins without a loss by any team vs. a single opponent in NBA history (!!).
Also, Wemby sat all 3 games against Portland this season, so they've yet to see him this year. And Castle only played in 1 of those games as well. Will be great to have all hands on deck this time around.
This will be a good first test for our young guys in what will be for many of them their first Postseason experience.
Spurs went 2-1 against Portland this season (without Vic).
Not much else to say other than WE BACK!!!
Let's get it.
