Olynyk was injured. I guess he would have played against Mavs if he was fully healthy.

Regarding Biyombo, you have to wonder how much he is helping Wembanyama off the court. Biyombo is a great human being, speaks French and has played in Europe. They also share Congolese roots.
Olynyk was made available on the injury report for the Dallas game. If he was injuried, then he should have been listed as out, but he wasn’t which means it was a coaching decision to not play him.

i have less than 0% interest in Thybulle

we are well past the point of adding non-shooters. in january when we underperformed, our defense was just fine, it was the offense which was bogged down. what is even the point of adding thybulle? we already have sochan at home, and he doesnt play for the same reasons.

heck going into last years draft everybody was behind adding guys like Knueppel, Coward, Bryant because we knew we needed the shooting. we had to take harper at 2 because that isnt a talent you can really afford to pass up, even though many people here thought that VJ or Baiely would be better "fits". thybulle is not in that category of player

do you really believe that?

because kornet is a center who can actually defend centers, provides rim protection, and is the best screener we have
so why was barnes playing center yesterday? You see these theories you guys seem to buy into are really really thin.. He doesn't play because he doesn't have a contract after this season and mitch doesn't like him, that's all there is, it's not rocket science.

because luke kornet was injured

We have like 3 better versions of Thybulle already on the roster, not sure why there'd be any interest tbh.

Niang (if healthy), Highsmith (if healthy), Tingus (if bought out and if healthy) the only guys I'd be interested in... and all entail pretty big ifs. Just bring back Prince Bassey for Bismack once he 10-day is up.

Thybulle would be the best wing to defender next to Castle. That said he can go elsewhere for a better fit and playing time. Lakers and Nuggets come to mind.

Would love Zingus but I bet he can find a bigger role elsewhere.

Man, I can only pray that we go for Thybulle. Pray he's interested in the Spurs as well.

Yes another guy who can't shoot.... But yes, another guy who's been a defensive ace in the past and can be a rotation piece in the playoffs [when the team isn't cold as balls]. Waive Olynyk and get it done tbh. Hopefully he's not injured or something
His career 3G mark is 34.5%, and he generates 2.4 stocks in just 20 minutes.

is there any evidence the warriors have any intention of buying out tingus? seems like they are just crossing their fingers he can be healthy for the postseason
