Checking out the attach files feature. Not sure why we would ever want this, and it seems like it could lead to a lot of bad outcomes.

From a phone on other platforms I just copy and paste images rather than manually attach. This makes it easy to attach pics, memes, screenshots etc.

EDIT: Good to see that I can't post straight up image files, as that's how I want it for now.

Some other XenForums I use have the option of just displaying a thumbnail of a linked image, instead of it being full size, I think that would be a good compromise because just seeing links and not knowing what's the content is kind of awnkward.

Changing the forum colors to silver and black shouldn't be hard, I don't think we need much else.

Should we add more subforums for easier browsing?

Something like:
General topics
Game threads
Players
NBA threads
Off-topic
Technical forum stuff

I think it would be a much better viewing experience.
And if someone wants to browse in old Spurstalk fashion, New Posts button in top left does just that, sorts the unread topics chronologically from your last visit.

There are image options where I can limit size and I believe there are some auto-scaling options too, but first, gonna see what kind of quick and dirty options are available to move off of these annoying mavs/t-wolve colors.

As for additional forums, I'll stick with just the two for now, Announcements and Spurs Talk. I'm definitely interested in a separate game thread forum as a future consideration - a place where we can share all our superstitions. Baby steps for now.

I'd recommend ID'ing and enlisting the help of a small, trusted group of folks on two fronts:

1) Technical team - get the site spiffed up and keep it running in top order
2) Moderation team - I mentioned this in the moderation thread that I think we need to do better and actually policy the rampant racism/misogyny/homophobia. It legit deters people from our community and not in a good way.

I'm fine with this but I liked keeping away Spurs fans from the reddit crowd that have takes like Jeremy needs a big extension and is untouchable.
