Player The Uncertainty Realm of the Improved Jumpshot of Jeremy Sochan

I wish I was 6'8" and didn't know how to shoot for shit while getting paid millions. Talk about a free ticket just because you're cosplaying as Dennis Rodman.

V the Spurs Fan is right about one thing... there is no reason to hate on him anymore now that he's gone. At this point I care about Sochan as much as I care about Wesley or Branham... which is to say, not at all.

Looks like he got worse...like he's jerking it side to side before releasing
His shooting is a mess. I don't know how he keeps working on his shot and somehow making it worse/screwing it up in different ways over time. He's modifying it, but still somehow finding new ways to have a bad shot. It looks like the Spurs' shooting coach has not done him any favours rebuilding that shot. Losing Chip Engelland may have been the worst thing that could have happened to Jeremy. He might have had a chance had Chip stayed. Whoever the h#ll he's been working with hasn't helped him at all.

It really looks like he is doing two shooting motions. It’s the weirdest shot I’ve seen in a while. It’s like he’s pump fakes it before shooting the ball every single shot.

Oh poor millionaire basketball player who can't play basketball.

It's not hating on him to point out that he still fucking sucks as a shooter. I love the guy. I'd let him eat dinner at my table anytime he wanted. I'd loan him money if he needed it. To me, he will forever be a beloved member of the Spurs family and the Baylor family.

But he's a terrible fucking basketball player and he's a big disappointment. Spurs fans are entitled to feel a little bitter about his time here, especially those of us who were really excited about him.

Sochan's inspiration

I thought Sochan's shooting form look fine in his offseason workout video....

Now it regress to Markel Fultz's level....

He honestly should have gone to OKC if they would have had him if only to work with Chip. Chip is the only person in the league that can save his NBA career.
I’ve been thinking this, but Chip’s magic doesn’t seem to have made the trip up to OKC. They’re not a great 3 point shooting team.
