Player The Uncertainty Realm of the Improved Jumpshot of Jeremy Sochan

I’m guessing he goes to the Lakers or Knicks.

Lakers just signed Kobe Bufkin to their last roster spot IIRC, i don't think they have much money left over. Plus they have Vando and Thiero back from injury, basically the same archetype as Jeremy.

If I were him, I'd prioritize whatever team offered me the most guaranteed mins as possible. Hornets would be kinda fun IMO.

Yeah I know that. Injured players still show up for the games, and I still think they should sign him to a contract so they can get him for cheap.
I'm sure we can still get him for cheap this summer. He's still on his two-way and getting $636k this season. I wonder if we could do an injury settlement with him for more as a goodwill gesture, but maybe that is seen as salary cap circumvention... I think there is a solid chance we bring him back. I don't remember if it while he was still on a two-way or after he got his 4/10, but Bassey got hurt in Austin (twice, actually... so maybe once before his contract and once as a two-way) and the Spurs kept him.

I like the goodwill gesture, but I'm hoping we actually use the roster spot for a useable player. We should also replace Bismack asap.

I could see him going to a couple places. Phoenix, either of the LA teams, or the Knicks.

Where are all his boys gonna go???
He should drop them leaches and starts getting serious with his game. And dye his hair black while he’s at it. It’s bad when you have that height and athleticism getting wasted

our scouting section needs vast improvement

Primo
Sochan
Branham/Wesley
etc etc
I shit on them all the time but to be fair, before Wemby, the team was rudderless. It seems to me that now they know which type of players to draft.

yeah, the prior draft busts as an argument against Wright is a slippery slope. and putting together a roster is more than just the draft.
