As the Heat game last night showed once more, he is clearly happy to take a backseat and let others cook when the game flows that way.
One of the things that makes him so valuable to this team is the same thing that makes his contract a bit of an overpay... his willingness to fit into a complimentary role with the rest of our pieces. It's a bit paradoxical... but the fact we have a guy of his caliber playing a role that guys his caliber don't typically play is one of the things driving our success. In some ways, you can say the same of Keldon and Devin. You have guys capable of more, but their impact is multiplied when they slide their role down a peg.
