People are occasionally bringing over thread titles from the old place. When this title was first used, he was in summer league, and the forum was clamoring for his signing.

Mitch playing him with Fox is a very positive sign. I was worried they would only strictly play him at the 1. If they’re open to him playing the 2, then it means there’s an opportunity for rotation minutes in the future.
Mitch is betting a little tight with the opportunities, kind of like how Pop was. I don't see a guy like Daniss Jenkins as a much different prospect than DJG, it's just that Bickerstaff gave him an opportunity when injuries hit the team and the dude has delivered.

He played for Philly. I'm talking about a pure scrub coming out of nowhere and came out of the GLeague or summer team.
He reminds me a lot of Simmons. Different play styles, but both just competitive, active guys on the court.
Think Simmons was a better athlete and DJG is more skilled. Tiny sample size for DJG, though, obviously. But I never felt as at-ease when Simmons had the ball as I do when DJG does.
