The Highway Exit Permit-less Mango Stand of Kyle Mangas

Minix is just a guy who doesnt have the requisite nba body/athleticism for how he plays. good gleague guy though, should help keep austin structured so our prospects have a somewhat stable environment to get real reps

Spurs need another a 3 and D player and they couldn’t find minutes for f’in Riley Minix?!

Guy looks like he couldn't guard his own shadow but at least he can shoot the 3-Ball tbh.

Wonder what the reasoning is behind this? Upcoming trade? J-Mac replacement? Giving up on Minix, which I fully support.

I have no clue. Upon first look, he doesn't seem very athletic. Looks like he has some good skills, but can he play at the NBA level against NBA level athletes. I guess I shouldn't comment as I know next to nothing about the guy. I don't know what his strengths and weaknesses are.

Seems like a good guy.

I’m getting a bad feeling it means DJG may not be here for long. 😢

What do you mean by that? What do you think the Spurs are going to do with him (DJG)? Not resign him/let him go?

FO has seen the success of Collin Gillespie (6'1") and Pat Spencer (6'2") and were like "don't we have some tiny white shooters laying around somewhere?!?

Funny, I thought Harrison Ingram would be the one let go, but he's played some garbage time and Jones-Garcia has actually played in real games and made a difference. My guess is that Mangas is filling a spot for someone else that will come along later. I agree with Scott, we're probably just jumping on the good shooting short PG bandwagon.
