Barnes is alright coming off the bench, but as I said before: he‘s the weakest link in the starting lineup.
The easiest way to improve this team is to get a starting PF and let Barnes come off the bench.

Barnes really just doesn't need to play PF at all he gets annihilated by anyone who is 6 "9" or taller .

Not really his fault as I am sure the team didn't expect Sochan to be getting DNP's - complete ass this season

Will just have to live with it this year but next year should probably move on.

Yea Barnes has come crashing back down to earth after a scorching-hot start to the season. Was inevitable tbh. He's a fine depth piece, but he cannot be relied upon to play starter minutes. Not if you're trying to win a Championship anyways. Upgrading the 4 position will definitely need to be top priority this offseason, and I think MATFO know that.

It’s hurting us. Champ has been good, but he’s also streaky as hell. And can’t realistically expect Keldon to carry the load from beyond either

Keldon couldn't make a shot, but he had 8 rebounds in 24 minutes.
Barnes had 4 in 32. He shouldn't have been out there to close the game out.
Champ is a way better rebounder than Barnes and should get his starting spot when everyone is healthy because of it.

Yes, we don't need to bench one of Dev or Julian. Start both and bench Barnes.
