Game Thread Spurs (8-3) vs Warriors (7-6) (Fri 11/14/25) [8:30PM CDT]

adam silver cant complain about the intensity of these cup games … good stuff

my ears involuntarily turn off when Brent starts talking

Castle had to pass it to Barnes and not Fox after Wemby's blocks.

Warriors are getting rattled, got to take advantage.

Man every single ref just takes it up the ass from Draymond, how does that shit happen and shit like Tatum getting a T for clapping to himself also occurs in the same league

I'm not even mad at Draymond (still a moron), it’s just pure comedy watching him talking shit to frightened refs :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

T this motherfucker up already. Why are these Refs so afraid of Draymond?

probably afraid he might literally put them in a chokehold tbh

if he can do it to seven-foot, 250-pound rudy gobert then a normal-sized ref should be no problem

Not only ref, the league. even his team, coach and boss are under his spell.

I’m of the opinion that we should always try to get Wemby trailing after he has a highlight block possession. He always drills those.

Sure, now give me the shooting averages for 7 footers. Lol. He's an excellent shooter for a 7 footer, which is the height he plays at, and has a great form to go along with the unguardable shooting point. You think it's more likely he gets up to 36%, or 30%, if he keeps practicing the shots, tbh?

I'd like for him to be more physical as well, mind you, that's not what I'm arguing. I'm not worried about that part - he'll learn to put it together. But I would never in a million years tell Wemby to shoot less when he's so obviously a gifted touch player
Who gives a shit if he's an ok shooter 'for a 7 footer'? He's still a low percentage three point shooter, you don't get four for being 7 feet and hitting there. Take the three when it presents itself wide open off a screen or wide open in transition but don't make it the main part of your offense which is what he was doing in the first half. Now Wemby gets his ass in the high post and all of a sudden the offense looks good again in the second half. Watching Wemby just lazily hang at the three point line is like watching Will Hunting lay bricks and makes the coaching staff look like parents who let their kids eat candy for dinner.

I mean at least Shai and Luka are actually MVP level players even without the fts. Butler is just mediocre.
