Jalen Green was the only bad one. Jabari Smith hasn't lived up to his draft hype but Paolo and Holmgren were already off the board so they still did pretty well in a lousy draft. The only pick who I think would be clearly better is Jalen Williams but you can clown a lot of teams for passing on him (Duren would have been a waste with Sengun at C). Meanwhile they got Eason 17 after getting Sengun for a heavily protected Detroit first and a Washington first. Amen at 4 was a great pick too even if it did fall in their laps. I guess you could kill them for Sheppard over Castle but Steph would be a pretty bad fit there next to Thompson and Sengun and no one was offering much to trade up in that draft so it would be hard to turn the ability to draft Steph into a better asset than just taking Sheppard. And the Spurs would have taken Sheppard at 4 anyways if someone else took Steph, which kills the trading down angle. I think Houston's front office is top notch and has made a ton of great moves.

He gave the same elbow to Wemby, just that Wemby did not grimace like Kornet did. Wemby is just built differently, like how the Pistons kept roughing up MJ but he kept coming back, and getting stronger. Wemby is just that, not complaining just keep getting stronger.

My feeling is that the team's goal is to not have Wembanyama have to carry any kind of scoring load whatsoever. Sure, having him score is important, but if they could win with everyone else, they'd be extremely pleased.
