I line in Guadalupe county in a first ring suburb, and our forecast is nowhere near being in the 40s, just a high of 34. Can’t imagined the city is more than a few degrees warmer, maybe 36-37.

That being said roads are OK, with bridges still being a little dicey.

Yes you are right, they changed it to 36. But I've got some sun, but it's melting our snow! Roads should be okay in SA. Not so much here.
