I'ma blow a gasket if Vic is somehow done for the night due to the arbitrary 20-minute injury management ceiling.
 
Kinda nuts we have Fox, Castle, and Harper, and all 3 look like shit out there.

This was one of those nights where Harper should've played himself into a bigger role.
But he hasn't done much, disappointing considering the opposition is weak.
 
Not to bag on Castle when things are going bad but man Castle-ball is starting to get comical.

Paying Fox $250M to be a spot up shooter and play off ball to Steph Castle is really something.

Teams are just playing Castle for the bully bull and bodying up and swatting him at the rim. Doesn’t have the short mid range jumper to mix it up. Doesn’t have the same lift off one foot as he does two so unless he has the space to jump off two feet he’s ineffective. Doesn’t have the reach/length to finish over defenders at the rim (same standing reach as Fox at 8’5). Some real limitations coming through unfortunately. Can’t really play him off ball as a spacer at 25% from 3 either.

Turning into Josh Giddey - OKC part 2 tbh.
 
Fox is at least making some good passes, but he needs to abandon the outside shot with haste

A lot of this is on the lack of shooting for the last 3 weeks. Teams are packing the paint and daring our guys to shoot and we arent making anyone pay.

Fox has 8 assists tonight, far from a spot up shooter, just going through a (very) cold streak. But we do need to take more creation duties from Steph, far too many terrible TOs.

Yeah Mitch got too cute with the let’s rest anyone injured for a long period of time schtick. It gassed out every other healthy player.
