Spurs have no one to break down the defense to open up the offense for the rest of the team.

Wemby catching the ball far away from the basket and taking weak perimeter shots. Fox non existent. Castle playing like Westbrook at times and Keldon completely regressing to his previous form.

Blame mostly lies with Fox, Wemby, and coaching. They should be taking control of the game instead of letting Castle run this offense or waiting for another Harper bailout game.

Our dynasty Spurs had games in the playoffs like this ALL THE TIME. The difference is they were battle proven so you almost knew they were taking a night off to get ready for the next. This team hasn’t earned that luxury, they need to get their butts in gear. This is getting really old this series, no matter what the series record says.

About 2 months. Lot's of rest, stretching, and ice. It takes a long time for it to go away and the dr advised me not to do any extended strenuous activity. It was probably another month before I really started working out and being active again.

This in and out of the lineup certainly kills the team's rhythm and offense. And then Victor plays outside of the offense, and when he's missing like tonight, completely breaks the offense and doesn't let other players get in rhythm.

Well, the League refuses to adjust the refereeing thus far to ensure he's able to actually play his game as opposed to fearing a trip or offensive foul every time he tries a move so

Im not saying they are, they are still the worst team in the west playoffs.

Have been watching the playoffs? Phoenix has been by far the worst team with the nuggets the 2nd worst.

That said this team isn't ready to contend. They're just beginning to figure out how to navigate a playoff series. Way too many guys are too inexperienced at this level.

I like to think it's a bit of both tbh. Our effort is intensity is def the biggest issue by far, but it's being compounded by the fact that we're being called for everything while they're allowed to be far more physical.

FT discrepancy so far:

Blazers: 13
Spurs: 4

Spurs need to come out and set the tone right out of the gates. Punch them in the mouth and let 'em know that we're not going away. That it's going to be a dog fight.

IDK… they’ve let us play pretty physical and we haven’t played with the aggression required to get any FTs

This game is all on Mitch. He didn’t get this team prepared to play and they came out with low energy believing this would be an easy win with Victor returning. Blazers came out with urgency and spurs came out with complacency.

Also the Spurs offense is stagnant with no ball movement.

The fact that Wemby refuses to post up the Blazers when they go small is infuriating AF. Punish them when you Drew is on him.

The intensity was actually incredible for most of the first quarter. It seemed like when they started having an offensive lull they lost their mojo on defense as well. Can't let that happen.

Can we please actually run some plays and some offense, get Wemby in P&R, and then deep post position if he’s got a small on him, why is he out at 3P line constantly
