Never heard of a stinger that kept players out long term.He was on my radar for vet/shooter role but will have to see how serious the injury is:
Or maybe it's an excuse while he negotiates a buyout? We'll know shortly. He was on my radar for vet/shooter role but will have to see how serious the injury is:
He would be good depth to have for a playoff run, kinda like Big Dog Robinson in 2005.
Jazz are just having a surgery fire sale these days
He's still in the NBA??? Thought he retired years ago

yes but does he want to come herecan we get Middleton guys?
Quit asking about people who haven't even been bought outcan we get Middleton guys?
That would be my guess. I think he’d also serve a cp3 mentorship role for our wings as well.So Middleton pretty much takes Bryant's spot in the rotation, right? I know the role would be different and probably greater, but have to think he'd be the odd man out.
That said, not sure if I like messing with the chemistry the guys have now.
Love trying to understand moves like this. The Grizzlies are obviously out of the playoff picture and not trying to work their way back into it... so bringing in the corpse of Taj seems very much a Bismack-like addition to their team... a no nonsense vet who can slap some sense into these youngs when needed.
