Sengun just always looks out of control. gets the ball, always just lowers his shoulder into the defender without a real plan, and has been loose with the ball when doing so

KD is still a monster, just bailing out a bunch of bad Houston possssions. its great to just have that easy button when things arent operating smoothly

i dno how many Jaylin Williams 3's the thunder really want to be seeing

also, sheppard's numbers seem fine, but dont like how he's been playing. OKC has been hunting him and he just cant stay in front of anybody. and then offensively he's shot it straight but hasnt been able to create anything off the dribble, and even looked off KD late in the clock and tried to do it himself, couldnt create any advantage, and then tossed the grenade to Sengun for a desparation contested 3

doesnt even feel like the rockets have played all that well and yet they have a lead at the half against OKC. thats gotta be encouraging for them... but they have to find a way to get better offense. KD has played 20 minutes in the first half and he's had to create on his own quite a bit

OKC only has 2 steals at the half, and you'd have expected that number to be much higher against a rockets squad lacking a true point guard

I already dislike this halftime format and crew. It’s like they’re doing a shitty sports center impersonation (which is already shitty enough)

Castle is going to be a better player than Amen, IMO.

Amen looks like the same player as last year. I expected better from him.

He basically plays fat boy basketball, it's so hard to watch. When he gets you in the post he just uses every pound he has to keep pushing you backwards. Then he cries when he gets touched after exerting all his physical power to push you down low

I’d rather have Cason Wallace on the current Spurs team than a Tari Eason, tbh.

Posted this somewhere else, but I foresee depth becoming a major issue for HOU

Ajay Mitchell should have been a Spur, man.

The FVV injury was a killer. Can't rely on 37yo KD as your only perimeter shot creator tbh.

OKC has had so many open looks from 3 and cant hit yet only down by 1. Houston severely needs a legit PG. alot of one on one from Houston.

Rather absurd that SGA is still allowed to get away with this chicken wing bullshit.

looked like chet fouled on that pretty clearly

SGA literally had like under 10 points at the half. TOs and lack of a PG killing Houston. Their bench is limited and Ime relying on his starters.
