Seriously doubt the Spurs draft Yaxel tbh. Not at his age and not in the lottery. They’ll likely go with a younger and higher upside prospect (assuming we keep the pick).

I highly doubt it tbh (that we’ll pick him in any scenario). He was available for interviews in the pre-draft process last year. I don’t think the he passed the spurs’ background checks at all.
unless he can pick up his shooting back up.There are younger guys with more potential like lopez or cenac or even jefferson. Not sure
who the best shooter is and defender is between them to fit next to wemby at the 4.

Cameron Boozer is not only the best player in college basketball, he’s also the best player for the best team in the country. And he’s only 18 years old.

The fact that he’s ranked below a guy who barely plays and a guy who’s a chucker for a barely ranked team is mind-boggling.

And he'd easily be the best fit for us, alas it would take huge luck to get him. Suspicious luck honestly.

I’m ambivalent about Cenac. If he’s really an undersized 5 masquerading as a 4, I’m not interested. But if he’s a true 4 who can move his feet out on the perimeter and guard 3’s as well as 4’s, then sign me up.
