The dude Leon they're interviewing is hilarious. I remember when Chris Mullin came out of the Betty Ford clinic for his alcoholism Leon dressed as a giant beer when Golden State came to town, and if you know where the Bums sat in Hemisfair you would know there is no way Mullin didn't see it. He'd also come to games in a diaper drinking beer out a baby bottle when the Lakers would come to town to make fun of Magic for being a crybaby to the refs. And of course the Bums had to bring melted and warped records to the next Lakers game after Kareem's house burned down and he lost his record collection. Can also see Big George Valle (RIP) next to Leon. Man he was funny too and cooked such a great brisket the players would come out to the Bums' BBQs (Artis was a monster on volleyball; my dad took a couple spikes to the face from him haha). Heard some great stories about George too and I remember a flight from Vegas 10-15 years ago where my seat was right behind Ice's and we talked about George and how much fun it was catching games as a Bum at Hemisfair in the 80s. And of course I thanked Ice for making Hemisfair such a fun place. If you ever went to games in the old days George was the guy flying the Texas flag when they played The Cotton-Eyed Joe.
