News The Official Check Here Before Asking About Injury Return Dates Thread

In 1993, I bought a pair of luxury sneakers: Ewing sneakers. I was so proud of them that I kept them to wear as slippers at home. I rarely wore them outside. Especially since when I did wear them outside, everyone stared at them, with envious, incredulous looks. I wore them no more than ten times. I kept them carefully in a pretty box for fifteen years. When I decided to take them out of the box, the rubber on the soles had literally turned to dust. I don't know why I'm telling you this story.

They saying Wemby is playing 2-on-2, so expect him to not play if we advance in the cup either. Will probably be back next week. He has to go from 2-on-2 to 3-on-3 to 5-on-5. This is the Spurs idiotic ramp up period. He's healthy, but needs conditioning for the game, so he can't play in a game. :st-popemote: "This is who we are"

I think sure we are disappointed. But maybe at least this is better than Boston throwing Isisah Thomas out to play while injured during the 2017 playoffs. He regressed from potential max player to vet min player after that :st-lol:

Of course him being healthy in April/May is the most important thing. Just worried at this point that if he picks up a minor injury in April he would miss the entire first round of playoffs and we’d get knocked out :st-lol:
Happened to Tim in his rookie year, and in 99-00. We got shown the door by Utah and Phoenix those years. Didn’t have any long term affects,

They better not try have him sneakily miss the 65-games cut for awards/All-NBA teams so that he would settle for less money on his upcoming extension..It's going to be a close shave. They need to throw the old book/manual out of the window when dealing with their stars. Wemby cares about accolades and all benchmarks of legacy/greatness, and that's fine.

I can't imagine them doing that or anything to potentially damage the relationship.

He's the most valuable asset in the league and will be worth significantly more in franchise value than whatever it is his max will be.

Just gonna be first to confirm Wemby is set to return from injury next game. He’ll do anythifn to play in Vegas under big lights against Chet.

If he’s still out I’m sorry but he has a hidden torn ACL

lmao I recently got downvoted to oblivion there because I disagreed with the statement that "Luke Kornet can take over games for us". It was a good reminder of how much I appreciate this forum, and I love Luke.
There's a thread over there about Carter Bryant crying. Everyone is so sad and thinks he was crying because he's not playing or going to the G league. someone posted around the time the "incident" happened last game and I looked it up. He wasn't crying. They're fucking idiotic over there.
