Game Thread Spurs vs Pacers (Fri 10/17/25) [7:00PM CDT]

Wemby is doing through the legs windmills during warmups and Castle just had a windmill dunk where his head was well above the rim.

Hope to see Barnes looking a little sharper tonight as well as continued use of the Wemby/Kornet pairing. Curious if Carter can get more run with players from the first and second unit tonight too
The older the machine the longer it takes to warm up, I'm not worried about Barnes

Wemby/Kornet frustrates me so much imagining "what if..." we had a guy like Lauri or any mobile big man that can shoot, Kornet will be needed when Wemby rests.

Carter NEEDS to get more runs, and I can't imagine all the staff isn't already in love with the kid's potential.

this is the most athletic spurs team we've had that i can recall tbh

if bryant ends up cracking the rotation, there will be some insane fastbreak plays with this club

really wonder if they'll have the balls to pull Vassell from the starting lineup when its time to re-insert Fox
Senile poop wouldn't, but I think Mitch does...

I think Mitch will be in the running for Coach of the Year tbh.

Isaiah Jackson cleanly picking Wemby's pocket in the backcourt should be the sign Mitch needs to stop with this Point-Wemby nonsense... we'll see

Champ looking like 2015 Klay out there.

He also had a great block earlier.

Champ out here staking his claim for the starting 3 role!

things look a lot better when wemby isnt doing his excessive ballhandling shtick

Seems like Victor has been making a concerted effort to get his teammates involved more to start games rather than hunting his own shot. Good results so far

Julian needs to start even if it means Devin and Keldon come off the bench. He is shooting to good right now to sit him down. When he cools off then he can go to the bench.

Please be reminded that Vassell is making 9x more salary than Champaigne :ROFLMAO: 27 mil vs 3mil

devin's been nice on defense and his decision making has been fine on offense. the guy is just not hitting shots at the rate we need from that spot

No idea what the game plan is making Wemby the guy that brings the ball up all the time... except satisfy his majesty
