Game Thread Spurs (8-4) vs Kings (3-10) (Sun 11/16/25) [3:00PM CDT]

30 seconds to go… 13 point lead… still in the meltdown zone… still not safe

Olynyk with 8 assists, Diaw 2.0, tbh.

Kings are such a horrible team, but nothing is easy for us without Wemby (and Castle).

Keldon's rebounding was elite, he saved at least 6 points by grabbing balls that should've been easy offensive rebounds.

Holy shit thank god for this final whistle.

I hope you can all appreciate how hard it is for me to be this negative in order to affect a reverse jinx.

Fox, Barnes, Korn, Sochan your players of the game.

Go Spurs Fucking Go.

I give the Kangz studio crew credit for being critical of their team. Their talking about how ever Kings opponent looks more physical, more talented, more athletic. Refreshing to hear a studio team call it like it is. I feel bad for Kangz fans.

So, we dont have to trade Fox between now and Tuesday, right?

Schroder is a good nba player. Very underrated
His issue is that he can't get over himself.
Didn't want to accept a good offer from the Pistons to be the 6th man because he wanted to start.
Ended up as Westbrook's backup on a really bad team.
He somehow always made the wrong decisions.

imagine going from Fox and Haliburton to DeFrozen and fricking Westbrick lol
On the r/nba subreddit when they announced the Haliburton trade I was downvoted to hell calling out how stupid it was. It was a "win now" move for a roster not even close to "win now" and now three years later they're bottom of the barrel trash.

Like turning down a Laker $84 million extension, then ending up signing a one year deal with the Celtics for like $5 million :st-lmao:

This was an excellent friendly scrimmage that achieved a lot in terms of the team’s ongoing development. Good to see Fox assert himself as option #1. Hopefully, Castle’s injury is just a minor setback, as it could be up to 30 days before Harper returns—fingers crossed. Kornet got some valuable minutes and showed he can excel as the LOW in a HIGH-LOW post scheme alongside Wemby. The SHORT BUS unit regained some much-needed confidence, though Devin’s early “main character energy” wasn’t exactly appealing. Overall, the team is heading in a positive direction, and at no point did the win ever feel in doubt. A solid step forward. Great thread. Everybody gets a B. EVEN MITCH

I wax nostalgic a little bit on those old Kings teams from the 2000s. Really sucks they got fucked out of a championship
