Didn't want to accept a good offer from the Pistons to be the 6th man because he wanted to start.
Ended up as Westbrook's backup on a really bad team.
He somehow always made the wrong decisions.

Very good win. No Wembanyama, no Harper, Castle barely plays. Had to bounce back and beat a bad team and they did it without 3 of their 5 best players.

On the r/nba subreddit when they announced the Haliburton trade I was downvoted to hell calling out how stupid it was. It was a "win now" move for a roster not even close to "win now" and now three years later they're bottom of the barrel trash.

This was an excellent friendly scrimmage that achieved a lot in terms of the team’s ongoing development. Good to see Fox assert himself as option #1. Hopefully, Castle’s injury is just a minor setback, as it could be up to 30 days before Harper returns—fingers crossed. Kornet got some valuable minutes and showed he can excel as the LOW in a HIGH-LOW post scheme alongside Wemby. The SHORT BUS unit regained some much-needed confidence, though Devin’s early “main character energy” wasn’t exactly appealing. Overall, the team is heading in a positive direction, and at no point did the win ever feel in doubt. A solid step forward. Great thread. Everybody gets a B. EVEN MITCH
