Game Thread Spurs (7-2) @ Bulls (6-3) (Mon 11/10/2025) [7:00PM CDT]

Wemby I'm just hoping he doesnt shoot more than 3.

I think Barnes and Champ need to be hitting from 3. The last 2 games they killed them. Need to see it travel on the road and this will be a good test, especially if they follow the leader and aggressively double Wemby.

Castle just needs to hit one of the 3 a game he has to take because the shot clock is low and he's left open.
Bro thats gonna be alot of the game plan for them as well for other teams.Clog the paint when wemby and castle have the ball. They are gonna give them
space and dare them to take outside shots. When castle and wemby force the paint,It can lead to turnovers or awkward shots.

If Giddy plays it could be close if he doesn't should be a easy win for us without him they going to have to play Tre 30 + minutes.

Nice to see Kornet is back either this game or a few more. We will finally have our whole team available.

Still need Harper back :st-cry:
wouldnt hold my breath. we're not going to see him until december at the earliest

but at least having Fox now is going to help steady the ship. he has historically been a high minutes player, so we can get 35mpg out of Fox instead of the ~25 we were getting out of Harper

I thought Sean skips Detroit because of the year from hell he had there in 93-94 when he was traded for Rodman?
It's the weather, i mean that would be silly to boycott the whole city because of 1 year he played there 50 years ago.

Think it's the weather mostly! If he goes I'll be shocked.

It was a REALLY bad year. Isaiah Thomas, the real one, more or less froze him out of the offense, not really a surprise because he has a history of doing that. He hate being traded. He hated the cold weather, having never lived in it. The only teammate who would talk to him,and was at all nice was Bill Laimbeer. Let that sink in. To top it off, when Detroit figured out he wasn’t a fit, and shopped him, Houston made an offer, but backed out due to blood work results. It was his kidney stuff starting, but people started rumors that it was HIV.

After all that shit, I think he’s entitled to sit out the one game per year in Detroit.

I don't think that we'll see him before next year, he still wearing a boot, Spurs will be very careful as they did with Fox

Aren't calf injuries an over-training issue? He's still a young guy and pulling back on how hard he goes and getting healthy should be the priority.

Spurs would need to play a complete game to beat the Bulls on the road

They've been tough this year

They've been tough this year (I agree) but after a great 5-0 start they're now 1-3 in their last four, and have looked pedestrian on offense. I'm absolutely not saying it's going to be an easy win, I'm just saying we should be confident in our Spurs and we do have a chance.

I think Giddey was a big part of their start, and he’s out tonight, as of early lists.

Kornet a game time decision
