Game Thread Spurs (48-18) vs Hornets (34-33) (Sat 3/14/2026) [2:30PM CDT]

Great win! This team is dangerous man. Don’t want to get ahead of ourselves but just imagine what we could look like in a year or two with Wemby/Castle/Harper/Bryant all being more experienced.

No I’m talking about the feed. Like my Amazon feed is on 1.25 speed or something.
I was watching on Amazon and didn't get that problem.

Sometimes on the NBA app the game will buffer for a bit but then instead of being behind, it will play the feed at a slightly faster speed for several seconds to catch up to live.

This dude is giving you 32 points, with 50% 3pt shooting, cleaning up the glass with 12 rebounds, dishing out 8 assists, adding a cool 2 steals and 3 blocks to round it up..........

And he's also giving you Defensive Player of The Year work on the other end.

The NBA doesn't talk enough about Wemby. We don't talk enough about Wemby. It just ain't normal, what he's doing.

17 of the last 19 won, with one of the losses coming without him. We are so back it's crazy TBH

Fabulous to see Victor smiling after so many plays today. He is feeling good.

Now to hear his priority is maintaining health, getting plenty of rest.

Music to the ears.

Heh, when asked what is next Vic said "it's simple" he wants to win MVP and DPOY so he's keeping his body healthy (implying to meet the 65 game min)

:st-cry: but Spurs culture discourages personal accolades :st-cry:

Victor's the MVP. Very good win.

And good game from Kornet. He hasn't had a good game in a while. A bit concerned that Julian has faded a bit this past stretch of games. He's replaced HB in the starting 5, but now he's starting to fade. He has to turn it around as we don't really have many more options for that starting spot.
