Spurs have surely lapped the Rockets.. Adams & FVV aren't changing that for Houston. It all boils down to them not getting a top tier blue chipper from years of tanking. It's not all about luck; they have whiffed on at least a couple of picks.

When Houston lost FVV & traded Dillon Brooks last summer I knew they would regress this season. Jalen Green isn't reliable but he also had a tendency to go off against us.
KD is fools gold at this point. All his teams turn to shit and he's a cancer for the locker room. Brooks is a douche but a very good basketball player and was a staple of their defensive identity.
This season they seem very easy to read/coach against. Just relentlessly attack Sengun & Sheppard on offense, focus defense on KD & Sheppard and you'll probably win. That is what we did tonight.

Everyone delivered last night. Vassell did not make a shot, but I still was very impressed how he played defense and rebounded. He did not hang his head on the bench but celebrated every made shot by his teammates. Very impressive game from the Spurs.
