Game Thread Spurs (43-17) @ Sixers (33-27) (Tue 03/03/26) [7:00 PM CST]

This NBC Throwback thing is so cool. I didn't get to watch the NBA during its original run on NBC, but I did grow up watching the replays of the classic games.

For me, it was Bill Walton and Marv Albert. That was heaven.
Yeah, some people didn't like Walton but I absolutely loved that dude. I don't think people understood the depth of his sarcasm. "What IS a foul?" wasn't just some backhanded remark about questionable officiating, with Bill it was a deep existential question.

I hope there is a heaven, and Bill is up there enjoying every bit of it.

Barlow revenge game? Feel like Quentin grimes is the prototypical scrub that has a huge game against us

  • Haha
Reactions: CGD
Drummond always throws back the clock against us... good to see Wemby shut him down to start

The camera activity is going to make me throw up

So what’s the difference between those 2 fouls other than the refs never award 3 fts for the same action beyond the arc?

Agreed all the way around. Loved him as a color man and he and Marv had fantastic chemistry together.

Steph, please stop trying to force your offense like that. You don’t need to do that.

We really out here suffering without Carter Bryant in the starting lineup @Ice009

Nurse lookin for that early tech lol

This should be easy if we keep the effort level.

Am I going blind or is there some sort of filter on the broadcast?
