Game Thread Spurs (25-11) vs Lakers (23-11) (Wed 01/07/26) [8:30PM CST] on ESPN

Such an obvious close loss coming up, this team has been absolutely horrible since Christmas.

My only happiness atm is knowing that ESPN paid a lot of money to show this shit ass game with these two shit ass teams lmao

Absolute trash.

Fox/Castle/Harper playing for fouls instead of looking to score, absolutely embarrassing ball tbh.
This is what they see all the so called STARS doing, isnt it. Too bad Spurs are on the Leagues NO STAR TREATMENT list for decade.
I mean they robed Duncan in broad daylight of a Quad Double in a close out game in the Finals

I’m utterly baffled that Harper is being so passive and not at least trying to go to the basket, especially with seemingly half the Lakers in foul trouble.

Dude might not have a motor tbh. Starting to get Ben Simmons vibes from him.

He hasnt been very good at finishing around the rim for awhile now. I think that has him second guessing so he's trying to pass out a lot.

Love Fox. No flow to his game and can’t hit anything. What happened to Harper? He was getting to the basket easily earlier in the year and his jumper has completely disappeared. Our guards are killing us. Only people who can shoot from deep are Vic, Jules and KJ. KJ is so important off the bench. I would be a little leery to start KJ In place of Barnes as he brings so much off the bench. But damn Barnes has regressed.
