We all know Harper is better than this. I'd attribute this to the coaching staff's lack of experience for the poor game plans and player development. The Grizzlies seem to be relatively successful with their lower draft picks, and that may be due to good coaching and player development.

at the end of the day, we just have shitty shooters. If you prevent the Spurs from driving inside, Castle and Harper cannot make a jumpshot to save their lives. Barnes, Vassel (not playing today) and Champagnie are like a box of chocolate you never know what you are going to get even if left opened

The Thunder won a championship without hot 3-point shooting. Good teams can find ways to get buckets when their 3-point shots are not falling. This is something for the coaching staff to address.
