Should be something like George/Sensabaugh/Mykhailiuk/Markkanen/Nurkic with Collier/Clayton/Filipowski/Hendricks/SlowMo off the bench.

Nurkic is their only big and the's as bad as Biyombo defensively, should be easy enough to win this one unless they get scorching hot.
I'd just put Wemby on Markkanen whenever they're on the floor together and tell him Markkanen can't get a shot off.
